    Why bother about it ? Nobody will do it. Only some people will stay thin and most european people view thin as unhealthy which is ridiculous and they think a chubby is healthy.. I know.... because I am an european and I know their cultures. You are not going to help most people anyway.

    Staying healthy is a lifestyle. One day a year does not change your lifestyle, so you won't suddenly gain weight if you overeat on Thanksgiving. In fact, ignoring the Pecan Pie slice I splurged on, my entire Thanksgiving feast was still within my daily calorie allotment. I took small portions and kept away from things like gravy.

    No way man, it's not a good holiday if I haven't splurged to the point of delerium! That's what mom and grandma always made it about; good family, good food, good times!!

    I just love to pig-out all day long.... lol.. I always set my plate on the side because usually in about an hour, as soon as the first settles so I can eat more, I go for a refill...lol.... Oh yes, all day and all during the night too...lol...
