It's not so surprising that a lot of people who come into the fast foods for breakfast, lunch, and / or dinner, and not look at the nutritional facts. For a longest time, the fast foods corps i.e., McDonald's, Burger King, etc. would not show the nutritional facts. Instead they would hide it or leave it in the back. Either way, no one could see it. But now, is it me or do people actually ignore the facts of the food they're eating at Fast Food joints??

This entry did not really have very many menu choices and comparisons, it just had the highest and the lowest calorie values at each restaurant.

With the economy today I'm squeezing every cent out of ( into?) our budget. Take your lunch every day and it'll be a healthier one. One of my favorites is half an avacado with some chicken or tuna (tiny bit), some sunflower seeds sprinkled on and a bit of dressing of your choice. Avacados get a bad rap...they are good for you. I eat 1/2 or one a day at times and I've lost nearly 10 pounds in the past month or so. And stay active!

I swear there is always one stupid nit that thinks that just because you're fat that means your stupid. I have seen PLENTY of skinny people take days off from work as well. And as for your "STUDIES" showing...well depending on who you ask and what underlying reason you can find a study to support anything. Your 'article' is a waste of space...I mean you can only reinvent the wheel so many times and yours is seriously lacking in the idea department. The only thing I can see you doing with this garbage you've posted is driving those guys from eating a triple Whopper to eating the 10 slices of Papa Johns you've mentioned.

What's wrong with eating a third of your daily recommended intake at one sitting? Most people only eat 3 meals a day. 1/3 x 3 = 1. What's the problem here? Do you want people to eat LESS than the recommended daily allowance? I'm so busy I'm lucky if I get 2 meals in a day, so the more daily intake I can get in a meal, the better.

First and foremost... If you go to Hasdees to eat, you're not concerned about the nutritional value. I love Hardees and I'm 37 and in very good shape. I'd say get off your butt and be active. Then you can actually eat food that want.

Some of it does, but you always tell us what not to eat, get a "STORE" out there that serves the quick GOOD FOOD. " 66 years old and getting plump." not fat but tired of what I can't eat. Bev
