Makes some sense but the Calorie counts for some of the "offenders" are still about 200-400 calories off. I suppose he makes his money partly on shock factor. I wonder if he even reads these posts. It woundn't supprise me if we were getting an automatic article posted over dozens of sites. And don't give me that "if you don't like it don't read it" bull crap. These gentlemen have just as much responsibility to report accurate information as the restaurants do.

I think you could have rated normal size sandwiches instead of supersized sandwiches to give us a proper compairson.

I love it when you do these food comparisons. I really think what I order now when I eat out. Keep them coming!

No da a big huge sandwich is going to be that bad for you. the only thing on that cheesesteak is prime rib(wich is by no means a lean meat) mayo, an a metric ton of swiss, that just tells you it bad, but I will admit, it is one of the greatest sanwiches ever, even without the mayo. As stated if you have to eat at quiznos, it is bad for you if you dowse it with mayo, andtop it with cheese, Not telling anyone to not listen to this blog, but if you have enough common sense, you know whats bad for you. And if you haven't eaten all day because, of lets say work, I' m sure anything on this page won't hurt you, as long as you don't eat it every day.

I'm glad they didn't put my favorite lunch, the large #3 at Wendy's, sadly, all that food barely goes over 1500 calories.

these kind of articles are so annoying. who would think that a triple cheeseburger with bacon mayo and a side order of extra fat would be a low calorie choice for lunch. i hope they didnt pay the person who wrote this worthless article. whats next, article to tell us that running with scissors or playing in traffic is a bad idea?

It's not so surprising that a lot of people who come into the fast foods for breakfast, lunch, and / or dinner, and not look at the nutritional facts. For a longest time, the fast foods corps i.e., McDonald's, Burger King, etc. would not show the nutritional facts. Instead they would hide it or leave it in the back. Either way, no one could see it. But now, is it me or do people actually ignore the facts of the food they're eating at Fast Food joints??
