As with anything think you eat or drink, it should be done in moderation. I myself drink lots of water and usually when I "cheat" I drink a Coke (I know its bad) but, it's usually just one per week sometimes two.

I read parts of the rest of the article that would pertain more to me (e.g., I don't drink alcohol, etc.), and in the "juices" category, there needs to be a caveat: grapefruits and grapefruit juice counteract many medications, so a "drug interaction" needs to be checked before switching to it. Also, I know that this is "Men's Health" magazine, but if you're sharing this info with women, just be sure to remember that women on birth control should not have grapefruit juice either, as it also interacts with that medication.

This blog and all the DZ info I have absorbed in the past 3 months has equaled a 25 pound weight lose for me. One more clarification note on ANY of the sweetened Arizona teas; the sugars contain therein is none other than that useless monster HFCS! Thanks to Dave and his complete staff. Lift, lose & gain!

Nice article David. There is actually a healthy coffee out there. They have functions like weight loss, natural energy booster, immunity, and focus. They really do taste great and are a good alternative to your normal cup of joe. http://www.javaforlife.ws
