It's odd to me how many complaints this guy has with Brinker companies (Chili's, On the Border, Macaroni Grill). I eat out often and I'm also employed by one of these restaurants but, the menu items at these places are sold many many many other places so why choose these to use for the example?? People need to use common sense when eating out. If its covered with cheese or a sweet sauce and served with a dipping sauce chances are the calorie count is crazy high. And we don't need another author with a hidden agenda to tell us that.

It is obvious that the person who wrote the statement about the Blimpie Sandwich has no clue about vegetarianism. The only ingredient in the veggie sandwich that is taboo is the cheese. VEGANS do not consume any animal products or wear or use products that are from animal sources. It would be advisable for Blimpie's and all other sandwich shops to eliminate the cheese, and have a true healthy veggie sandwich! Of course, they will also have to use Bread without the milk and egg ingredients. There are breads without an animal products. For the companies that cannot handle the expense of making sure that compassion for animals is on the menu, then this is a call for some enterprising young entrepreneur to create sandwich shops that are totally vegan!
