Everything in moderation is the key to happiness. Unless you are eating at these places every day you do not have anything to worry about. Enjoy life!

We all grew up going out to eat and alway's getting an apettizer before the meal. It is almost like second nature to get the party strated with something tasty before the feast. How could we possibly just give it up even after reading this. Seriously, ewwww gross and shame on these cooks for feeding us death nacho's and the fat r us sampler.

I love how the top 2 are from Brinker corporation, which has dropped big time profits in the last 2 years based on poor customer service standards. Add trying to kill its customers to the list

Okay, but this is assuming one person eats the entire appetizer by themselves. And holy crap, that's a lot of food. I see most people ordering one or two appetizers, and it gets split between everyone at the table. God, I love how everyone loves to blow things out of proportion

People usually share these appetizzers (2 or more people). Unless you order one of these and eat the whole thing yourself (onk, onk), Then you shouldn't worry about it.

Okay, 160 grams of fat is pretty ghastly any way you look at it, but it's not totally fair to list the content of the entire dish, which is almost always shared among multiple people. You should divide it by serving. Because, seriously, who could eat an entire plate of Texas cheese fries by themselves? That is asking for some serious indigestion.

Most generally though, an appetizer is eaten by more than one person so the calories are getting proportioned throughout a number of consumers rather than just one person.
