Don't drink any of that stuff- - Have a cup of Celestial Seasonings Morning Thunder tea with a teaspoon of sugar and a little soy milk. Or a cup of Chai Tea. minimal fat if any and few calories- plus a whole lot cheaper also make your own Ice Tea - there are hundreds of flavors out there for all tastes.

I like to drink blood and blood-based drinks. Sometimes when I drink blood-based drinks, I get so excited that I lose control of my bladder. My wife hates me for it. My wife is stupid and just doesn't get it. I'm divorcing my wife. She can have the dog.

Comparing Boost to Slim-Fast pre packages drinks is unfair and ridiculous. They are used for 2 very different purposes. The Boost is used primarily for the elderly or otherwise frail person who NEEDS more calories and who's stomach can't handle large amounts of food/liquid at one time. Slim-Fast is used to lose weight or maintain a lower weight. Otherwise I basically agree.

A *real* macchiato is great, but beware! Starbucks has co-opted the name. Their macchiato is more akin to a caramel vanilla latte, which is not a healthy drink.

Actually, most dieters understand you should not drink calories. Drink water, unsweetened ice tea or diet pop instead.
