    great tips! when i hit starbucks i get coffee, ice & a splash of skim milk w/ no sweetener. it tastes great and keeps me pinging just the same.

    Awesome, I just came from the grocery store and bought the Capri Sun Tropical Roaring Waters and Monster Low-Carb Energy Drink....and I stayed away from the soda! yey! (for now...)

    You are cutting out a lot of sugar, but replacing with a lot of caffiene. We do need some sugar, and we really don't need caffiene.

    Thanks for spelling it out for us. This country is a fat country, and we do try to watch the labels. But we also are easily tricked by words like "agave" and "organic." Good story!!!

    just to let you people know, ALL of this stuff is pretty bad for you. There isn't much of a difference between any of them, and you didn't factor in protein which balances out carbohydrate. duh!

    WATER THERAPY IS STILL THE BEST OVER THE AGES.BETTER WE GO FOR DIRECT FRUITS CONSUMING INSPITE OF JUICES.

    Here's an idea! Why not skip the crap by eating healthy (fruits & veggies still exist, right?) and drink the basics: water, 100% juice, milk?
