    Well, I agree some of the granola bars, or energy bars or protien shakes out there are bad, but some of your suggestions are much to be desired, since you don't give alternatives to peolpe who are say diabetic, or lactose intolerant.

    OH for gosh sake! People, the thing to look out for is sugars. Fats and calories are a problem with weight, but the main problem is not being active. Granola bars, and "health" snacks are always good for you, minus the sugars, the calories don't MATTER, being active does.

    I think it is bad to mix fruit with anything as it digests first and rots in the stomach waiting for the yogurt to digest, this causes gas, bloating and other digestive disorders.
