Good to see that this guy finally gave up on writing about relationship advice and started contributing something. These are some interesting finds here. Though I don't really eat any of these foods in the first place, it's still great to see how one food can have such a difference in fat and calories between brands/companies.

Still hungry? Eat a bag of the 94% fat free popcorn. It's got a nice fiber boost, and the calories won't kill your diet.

I really do think that everyone should be made aware of what they eat at fast food joints! This book helps out a lot. I consult it whenever I don't feel like cooking. It's been my best buy for the year!

I'm so not fat.... Aren't fast foods unhealthy, though? They still are unhealthy even though there "isn't a lot" of fat and sugar, etc......

im really not a fan of posts like this, because if you're trying to lose weight, you shouldn't be looking to see which burger has fewer calories; you should just stop eating burgers. There's more to your body than its weight; there's the condition of your skin, bones, heart, arteries etc. Don't call Domino's; go make yourself some Salmon with mixed vegetables. Eat to live.
