    I'm living in Japan so I don't have those exact choices but a very interesting read and will be helpful on the Summer Holiday in Canada.

    For doughnuts why exactly are we comparing the same brand? Why not use KrispyKreme doughnuts or The Doughnut Plant. Why compare against the same brand?

    how about you leave behind the fast food burgers, pizza, donuts & cinnamon buns alltogether! noone should encourage that type of eating ... whether mcdonalds has less calories/fat than BK or not ... geez! oh, and michelob ultra has only 95 calories!

    I think this book is great for people who are still going to go out to eat at restaurants and fast food places. This book will still help people make the healthier decision.
