When compared to Islamic extremist terrorism, how many Americans have been either mortally wounded or permanently disabled by the American restaurant industry over the past two decades? How many casualties as compared to the "Trade Towers"? I think we're at war with the wrong people!

I don't need some veggie sick looking person that sits in an office all day writes silly blogs to tell me what's good and not good to eat. In my day this was good stuff. I suggest these people take up knitting, because they are wasting everybody's time.

I have been watching what I eat a lot better lately and I swear if you actually looked at what goes into some of the crud fast food places put out you'd think they had a vested interest in killing people.

Very Helpful! Just by observing co-workers...fast food and prepared meals are hurting people and preventing them from getting all of the nutrition they need.

This article was great. It makes me glad that I never get breakfast at a fast food restaurant.

Those big delicious muffins may seem healthy but they have almost as many calories as 2 quarter pounders with cheese!

Eat whatever you want for gods sakes...you're gonna die anyway. Why not have fun with your friends and give them a heavy coffin to carry when you do.

Its amazing how much calories are in fast foods.I personally think that making your own breakfast is better for you and because you know what you are putting into it.You can make your own scramble, wheat toast and tea .Or a bowl of cereal or oatmeal and few berries. But,I disagree with your statement if you skip breakfast you become obese or alcoholic or smoker. My son never eats in the morning and he doesnt have any of these problem. He drinks one glass of orange juice in the morning and he eats healthy during the rest of the day and yes, works out, he is thin. Many in my family skip morning meals and don,t suffer this problems. They drink good old coffee until lunch, they are thin with no smoking or drinking problems.

Are the recomended breakfasts as filling as the ones not recomended? I doubt it. You also need to compare amount to amount.
