    Wait a second -- is the Chipotle info correct? 7 grams of fat? I think someone forgot to add a digit, because there's no way it can be 7 grams with all the cheese, sour cream and guacamole they put on it.

    The 20 foods you should never eat are okay eaten as an occasional indulgence, like at a ballgame or a trip to the fair. to eat the like every day would be recipe for weight gain as well as other health issues.

    It's insanity. Restuarants don't do much for the kids anyhow so it doesnt surprise me about the Mac and Cheese. Even when they offer veggies as a side choice you often have to pay extra for it.
