    Same here I appreciate the info,but I dont hang out in a resteraunt everyday so the calories Im not worryed about.If someone eats in these places all the time,then they should be concerned.If you have a weight problem,you probably want to reconsider eating in those kinds of places.

    In reference to Post #4 and #5, I think this info is great. This helps give America's Overweight Society better options to go out and indulge in Healthier restaurant choices. Spending their money more wisely and with healthy options. Obviously you don't have a weight problem, or at least you don't think you do based on your comments. The restaurants are advertising their product based on the asthetics of what they film on their commercials, and emphasize the "value" by advertising a cheap price. What they don't tell you is that the ingredients being used make it taste good, but it may not necessarily the healthiest choice, but the most economical. Let America Choose healthy and look for value. Let's face it, It does cost more to eat healthy! Can America afford not to choose healthy over cheap prices?

    When I feel cravings, I just walk into any of the aforementioned establishments, take a look at the cattle-herd clientelle, then walk out feeling a renewed sense of will power....

    It's about time. Eating out should never be a lifestyle unless you love wearing a hospital gown and hearing the words -- hypertension, stroke, coronary bypass and "This one is gone - call the coroner." This is especially true for young children.................

    I agree that we go out to indulge, but not all of us want to OVERindulge! Not having access to nutritional information is plain old wrong! What if you're on a low sodium diet or just trying to make sure you're not eating a crap load of sugar? Restaurants have a responsibility to their customers! It's not like the writers didn't ask for the info and were expecting someone to tell them what to eat! Help consumers help themselves!!

    Please continue educating us every chance you get. Garbage food like this give us diseases that can't be reverse. Also, garbage food like this makes us quimically imbalanced which give us not only fat and diseases but also lazzzzyyyyyyy and sick. Thank you!

    What a bunch of haters! I found the article helpful---I went to Outback recently and got the Salmon (which is not even close to being my favorite) w/ mixed veggies b/c I was trying to pick a healthier (I realize restaurant eating is not healthy) choice. I didn't know it had over 1000 calories. I've been a trainer for many years, your attitudes that everyone is "fat and lazy" is a HUGE part in why over-weight people don't go to the gym. Intimidation and judging. I hear that all the time.
