ok? isn't the point of going out to eat to indulge? stop giving america's overweight society another reason to blame for their laziness. We go out to eat to overeat, and to indulge on these 'guilty' pleasures, not to count how many calories are in an appetizer or burger. I'm pretty sure people who order potato skins at friday's and alfredo at olive garden aren't tri-athletes getting scammed into some fattening marketing scheme. give it a break already and write an article about how america is fat and lazy, not about how chain restaurants are evil and trying to make us fat.

I don't go to restaurants to count calories, I go to restaurants to eat. If weight is an issue, you probably shouldn't be eating at IHOP anyway. These articles are so ridiculous. There is no conspiracy among the restaurants to make people fat, people who are overweight need to take responsibility for themselves. Stop cramming this crap down our throats, David.

I thought one of the main reasons to go out to eat was to enjoy yourself. I feel if you are that worried about how healthy the food is that you are eating then maybe you should stay home and make your own. Not everybody is fat and lazy. For those of us who aren't, we should be able to reward ourselves with an "unhealthy" treat every now and then.

Why is it every other article I read about what restaurants to avoid when it comes to bad nutrition, Chipotle tops the list but this guy's stories always try to play up how great Chipotle is?

good to know that panera bread's ingredients are jacking folks up in the head. and only girls saw their chipotle burritos in half. besides the panera bread segment, NOTHING is newsworthy here.

Same here I appreciate the info, but I dont hang out in a resteraunt everyday so the calories Im not worryed about. If someone eats in these places all the time, then they should be concerned. If you have a weight problem, you probably want to reconsider eating in those kinds of places.
