Make your food at home....save money , your heart and time, and be thinner. The sodium in all these restaurants alone is dangerous, not to mention the fats.

Who cares what the calories are in a food item. If your fat, then eat less, its not brain surgery, it is common sense. We have too many experts taking advantage of the American ignorance of nutrition. Get a real job, because you really can't prove that a Big Mack has 800 calories, can you. You just repeat what you hear, just like a parott.

How in the world does Chipotle fall behind both McDonald's and Burger King????? The quality of food is no comparison. I sincerely disagree that the lack of child's portions equates to unhealthier food. I have always experienced top quality food of reasonable price - if you don't want to eat it all, simply leave some uneaten. WHile perhaps not as cost conscious - I thought the criteria was HEALTHY food!

chipotle will make a small or large quesadilla with any of the meats they sell in it for a kid... highly recommend the pork (carnitas) as it is not seasoned/ spicy at all! : )

Fried food of Chick-Fil-A is better than a subway sandwich? Is religion playing a part here?

Don't forget to add Red Robin to that "F" list - they also do not provide any nutritional info, on their menu nor their website.

Strange that you would rate restaurants this way. I personally know that when I go out to eat, I could care less about calories and healthy food. I want to enjoy my meal and not worry about trans fats, salt etc.
