You may want to get some copies of NYC menus. Now in NYC they require the calorie counts of dishes (even in places like fridays) on the menus. So the mystery of all the places you give a "F" (rightfully so) can be solved.

Austin TX has Zen. Fast food japanese style. We do our best here to stay away from the Giants.

If it is that big of a deal, eat somewhere else. Spank Applebees, et al. in the pocketbook.

One must Define "Healthy" first. Boston Market? Have you read the ingredients lately? Reads like War and Peace novel. Kills 20 trees just to list one label. Get real.

Wow someone is trying to pick up the fast food sells again. Crying and complaining that major restaurants dont provide nutritional information? wow. I would still rather eat at a real restaurant than at any fast food. I have eaten fast food all my life and almost nothing but fast food and I can tell the difference when i eat somewhere good. Who is paying the person that wrote this? Mcdonalds I imagine.

Applebee's does have the Weight Watchers menu and many of their items are awesome on that list.

Ate at Applebee's yesterday and watching my weight and had a shrimp salad that was delicious and healthy...some other options as well: other salads, bunless burger (do-it-yourself), steak and greens, roasted veggies...lots of stuff...check it out again.

Good stuff, we all have to be aware. You made a huge mistake on AppleBees in relation to the PNW. It is one of my favorite places due to the carefully noted "Weight Watchers" section. My favorite is the Tilapia with broccoli for a mere 340 cal. as stated on the menu. If you have been good they have 'desert shooters' which are very small amounts of desert items that hit the spot.

I am on a cheese-and-bacon-only diet, so your suggestions are not at all helpful to me.
