Interesting list HOwEVER...turns out white potatoes are filled with nutrients and are NOT on the low end of the pole as a bad food plus the carbs are complex and do not cause sugar spikes.( I am a type 1 diabetic of 29 yrs) yes the mayo eggs and added ingredientsa can ruin a good potatoe salad but not if you do things right like make german potatoe salad that has NO mayo and is delic! Most of the baked beans I've had do have lots of sugar or at least the ones found at holiday BBQ's and always spike mine sugar levels if I don't watch it...pie Im sorry but depending on whether it is homemade and what type it can be okay to eat. I wouldn't recommend store bought because then you prolly will have the interior sludge plus not all pie crusts are created equal! If you do have the refined white powder lard crust how abot not eatting the thickest part the edge....anyways thats my 2 cents heh
