To characterize eating a wrap as equivolent to eating 20 strips of bacon is nothing less than misleading.

Ialways check salt and sugar, carb contents and at restaurants only eat 1/2 the portion. But, the info here is unberlievable and horrible. The foods offered are killing us and our children. When I wa a kid most kids were slender and most of us played outside until dinner time. We biked and ran and skated and sdid everything we could to expend as much energy as possible until called in to dinner. And that, inmy home, was usually well planned and delicious and healthy; little butter (we were kosher), vegetables at every meal and broiled or baked main dish. People should go back to how it was.

Yep... In these days, is almost impossible to find a nutritionsl snd healthy food. Companies putting the worst and addicted stuff on it for us to get fat and unhealthy..... That's the big business in this Country. So, be careful what your put on your mouth, try organic, I know is very expensive, but is much, much better.....try raw foods....today it is the better way for not putting a lot of dangerous and poisons food on your heart. good luck and think twice before eat.....specially those famous and big companies, the are the worst! They don't think on your health, they just think on their millions of money they can make on your back!

The fountain of youth, the key to health and key to beauty are all in your food. Self preservation is a consciousness. Wake up people. You learned the food groups in elementary school. How long is it going to take for you to understand them?

Oh my god! I thought I was being so good eating my Chicken Caesar salads every day! And I don't even like salads that much. =( Well, now I know, and I'll stop torturing myself by eating them.

Its unfortunate they are bashing Smoothies in general. Brands like Booster Juice are 100% real and don't contain any ice cream, etc...

Cook your own food at home. Way more healthy. Fruit smoothies made at home with REAL FRUIT, yogurt, whatever -then there's no chance of harmful additives like high fructose corn syrup, etc. Plus the sugar in the smoothie is natural sugar from the fruits themselves - not fake or modified. Quit buying processed foods!!!

Regarding the bran muffin: doesn't it depend on the size? Some larger sizes might pack a lot of calories and sugar, but I'd assume that smaller versions wouldn't.
