I would like to know which products were sampled here. There are so many on the market in different sizes and with varying levels of carbs and fiber. Care to identify your sources?

It's all old, veeerrrry old news. If someone needs to tell you that a tuna melt or a bran muffin is full of calories, you really need to reevaluate your defination of "healthful eating"!!!

I think people should know this but some don't. Just because it is labeled "healthy" doesn't mean you should eat it. However, for all the things above there are healthier versions. I agree with the article only to a point though. I have bought bran muffins that did not have the calories or ingredients claimed here. Just be aware of what you are getting. Also, not all places that sell turkey burgers sell the kind listed in this article. But the point is, just because it appears healthy doesn't make it necessarily so. Know what you are getting.

If people would just take the few minutes to read the labels, they would actually KNOW what they are consuming and not only feel better, but would really be better and have more energy and less weight.

So forget about the spelling --- it is not as important as the content. My sister couldn't figure out why she didn't loose weight since she "only had a salad" for lunch. Wow!

The only real suprise for me was the "Chicken Wrap". I did not realize the tortillas had that many calories.

Wow I'm so shocked about this, especially the bran muffin which I normally eat every morning with my coffee. Won't be doing that anymore!

Yes, 120 grams of sugar per serving does seem completely deranged. I'll most certainly be careful about purchasing fruit smoothies. I'll make certain the package states 100% fruit.

All I can say is WOW.....And to think I just had a tuna melt about 15 minutes ago...I made it myself so it wasn't as bad as the one listed here...or so I'm convincing myself it wasn't. I use no salt added tuna packed in water, a bit of canola mayo, low fat cheese and no salt, no fat multi-grain bread. See, I'm trying to be good.

If you dont know this already....DUH. And the generic "bran muffin" can be anything. Not ALL bran muffins are they way he describes....I dont know where he gets these numbers, but if you have any brains, you read the labels.
