    Great information. What consumers have to understand is that the "industry" is out to make a profit! Read the labels people, read the labels.!!!!!!

    Well ... I guess that is why I am so thin. I avoid so-called 'Healthy Foods' like those listed in this article. No I am not a glutton when eating anything, but I keep my portion size small and rarely eat out. I love un-slathered dark leafy green salads ... with only a dash of salt [for which I beg your forgiveness]. So much for; ‘Truth in Labeling’ aye?

    Hello,how are you..fine I hope.I want to thank you on your study,I didn't know abput these meals,I thought that these meals were healthy,but I see that I am wrong!!.Please keep up the good work on informing us,because we need a watch dog to help us..as you know these so call health advertisements are just untrustwothy!.Again thank you for your information!

    Want to be healthy? Choose and cook your own food. The food industry is all about chemicals and horrible additives. Please read labels. Keep yourself informed

    I had to stop eating those bran muffins...I'm Type II diabetic and my A1c was all out of whack until I read the ingrediants...What an eye opener!!!
