    i appreciate your recommendations.they are practical and applicable but we are stubborn at times we tend to do what we are not suppose to do.i needed those coming from you because i know most of the people in your coountry live long.keep up the good work of sharing how to live a healthy and long life at a low cost or no cost at all.

    Suggest 1/2 ounce of water for evey pound of weight. Ex. 200# would drink 100 oz of water.
