    These are really just common sense. Stick to them long enough, and even if you dont lose weight after a while, you'll at least have more energy and be happier in internally healthier.

    Brown rice is 2 to 3 times more expensive than white rice...way too much expensive....isn't their any good from white rice?!?

    Your body needs food in order for your metabolism to kick up for the day, which is why you want to eat earlier, and not skip breakfast. As for eating dinner earlier, there is no proof of this. You are just more apt to be active after dinner if you eat at 6, instead of 8.

    my apologies, i left my email behind. anyway, at the end of the day is get back to basic - what our ancestors do in the past... eat early, drink water, physical activities (exercise since we dun do farming now).
