Dr. Mao, I usually love your posts, but honestly, this one seems more like a thinly-veiled attempt to sell products. That said, the second half of your post is indeed helpful and interesting (I'm referring to items 1 and 2), as you're providing natural remedies that we can incorporate into our daily lives - not a supplement. Items 3 and 4 seem like common sense.

I know people who lived more than 100 years and never had sex in their life !!!!!!!!!!!! They never saw any doctor !!!!!!!!! They trusted only ONE DOCTOR : OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST !!!!!!!!
