What about people who have trouble falling asleep? I am usually tired but I have a lot of trouble actually sleeping. For people who can fall asleep quickly, power-napping might be effective... but for others it seems not very feasible.

I didn't realize that napping was this good for you. I've been doing it for years now and I used to feel guilty because it feels like I'm cheating. But oh well, I guess it's really an edge.

Dear Dr. Mao: Last year I heard that it is not healthy to eat pineapple, but they did not say why. Could you tell me the reason ?.
