Human life is manifestation of problems and ofcourse solutions to every problems does exist inside of you. When problems and solutions are existing with in me then why dont we identify the problem and apply solution. We only know to brood over problems and set abad mood.We seek solutions outside, which practically does not solve problem to its fullextent. So what to do? Write down what caused your bad mood. What circumstances put s in bad mood?.If you are able to write very sincearly honestly you will find solutions are following and apply them your problem solved your bad mood has gone.Remember what ever you feel, think, happyness unhappyness all exist in you only there is nothing outside By constant practice of who I am what I am under the guidance of a perfect Master I could put my thoughts Thqanks for this oppurtunity.

I strongly agree with the laughter, I have funny coworkers but I work at home, so I go and visit them!! I have dvds of Friends and Frasier, older shows I love that aren't on anymore, throw one in and I 'm laughing!! add some chocolate!! then I'm real happy!! Do something that you don't usually do, variety is the spice of life!! Jump in a puddle,,act like a kid with a friend!!:)

My dad always said, laughter is good medicine. He said life is too short to be serious all the time,so laugh all the time, look at movies that are funny and just laugh it up often..So I do all I can to laugh a lot and try not to be sad anymore.Dad is in heaven now and I learned a lot from him.He came from the old school you know,he also said that you need to eat 3 good meals a day to stay healthy and exercise too.Miss you dad.Dad wqas 95 years old.One thing he also told me was----breakfast is your main meal don't skip it.

Thanks for that report. My son always says at least one of those things ,so I'll start listening to him more. My son who is seven and has ADHD, will often say, here's a hug mom! He loves to be tickled in the mornings or when he's stressed out also. So thanks and I'll listen more closely because of this post. Love More, Tanyea
