Everything is pretty good, but if its 105 degrees outside, I REFUSE to wear long pants and long sleeves. Lets be realistic here. I'd rather cake on the SPF 50 sunscreen.

I have a question for people that may view this topic. I am going to try body brushing, but I always wonder, are there any tips for getting your body extremely clean? I shower twice, sometimes three times a day. But every time I shower I find more dirt. I wash with white towels so that I can see how much dirt is being removed from my body. I want to be extra clean - any suggestions?

Hello Dr. Maoshing Ni. What kind of Sunscreen should we get to block out both UVA and UVB? I read the ingredients and majority of them are not any more natural than the cosmetics. How do they react with the sun? Thanks.

You get more dehydrated from NOT wearing long sleeves and pants. Otherwords being exposed directly to the element. Suppose you had two peices of moist clay leave one uncovered and the other wrapped in cotton. Set them next to each other in direct sunlight. What will happen? Why do you think people of the deserts like in the mideast cover up. My greatgreatgram lived to be 108. Her daughter my great gram is 86 today. Her daughter my gramdma is 69. Their always in traditional attire, which is yards and yards of velvet. Yes even in summer. I noticed when i go to their ranch in my skimpy modern clothes i am more uncorfortable than they are.
