Here are some of the sinple stress busters I'd like to share with you guys. I hope this helps...l) PUT THINGS BACK WHERE YOU FOUND THEM - how stressful it is to be looking for missing things like car keys, documents, bills, receipts, a pair of scissors, so avoid stress by making sure you put things back in its right place. And label, label! 2) LET GO OF THE PAST - don't reheat yesterday's mistakes for breakfast. 3) TAKE THINGS ONE PIECE AT A TIME, ONE DAY AT A TIME..because the big picture can be overwhelming. 4) BREATH IN, BREATH OUT 5) SING IN THE SHOWER, SING IN THE CAR. 6) Hop into the tub or have a long warm shower or a cold one during hot summer nights. 7) DELEGATE, DELEGATE, DELEGATE - just remember not to abdicate when you do so. 8) JUST SAY "NO" - you can't please everyone and sometimes turning down someone won't be a big letdown to that person as you think it is. 9) ACT LIKE A KID - there are some people who find coloring a book therapeutic. 10) And when all else fails, shrug it off - literally and figuratively.
