Tai chi is great for reducing stress. It also helps keeps me flexible when I do it regularly. I'll start to get stiff if I stop for too long of a time even if I'm doing other exercises in place of it. Something about tai chi really helps prevent stiffness in my joints and muscles a lot.

Dear Dr.Mao,My body temperature is always very high,especially my palms and soles,and I feel feverish many a times,and more when I have attacks of Migrain.My husband is cool,his body temperature is low,very active physically,but extremely tense & highly strung personality.Me too,little tense and impatient. We are trying for baby for last five years,all are normal and we were a case of unexplained infertility,but now I am developing endometriosis,and his sperm has higher viscosity. Please guide us,how to plan and what to do for this.we are 35years old and both are doctors.thanking you in anticipation.

Hi Dr. Mao, I am a 40 yr old African American female and I've been trying to conceive for about a year now. I recently went to the Dr's because I've been having peorids between peorids. I had a ultrasound done to find out why and it was determine that I have fubroids and a cyist on my uterus could that be the cause why I haven't been able to conceive? I'm now awaiting to see if the cyist is going to go away on it's on to avoid the surgery, however is there a possibility that I still can conceive?
