    as an eye care professional, i must say that i am concerned with 'Rolling the Marble'. i wouldn't do it and wouldn't recommend that my patients do it, either. as for the others, i don't think they'll cause harm. i have no concerns with diets rich in antioxidants.

    i will try these tips of yours thanks for sharing and one thing else some one told me long time ago that but putting few drops of rose water in your eyes clears and cleans the eye is it true ? are there any harm full effects? i have tried it once it feels cool to eyes..

    this is great! thank you, i feel better already and my eyes feel relief from tension and strain. my eyes feel relaxed. and that's a weird feeling. what happens when eyes are jumpy around the lower and upper lids?

    Don't waste your time with such nonsense! As an eye doctor, I can assure you that these exercises are not proven to improve your sight in any way and are not medically necessary or beneficial. However, eating right is great not only for your eyes, but for the health of your whole body - I recommend it!
