I just drink blueberry smoothies. Put fish on my salads alternately with fruits and nuts. I see you mentioned Chyrsanthemum flower. I drink Chyrsanthemum Pu-Erh Tea, does that help anything with the eyes?

Another good recipe for the eyes, carrot ginger soup! I tried out some of these eye exercises. They did feel really good!

I was recently diagnosed with ARMD at the age of 44. Thanks for this information. I do take a supplement recommended by two different docs and your advice is right in line. Thanks for the addition of the exercises, I have now added them to my routine.

For the spinning the basketball exercise, should you do it with corrective lenses on or not?

I hate to say it, but those exercises are bunk. As a medical optometrist, these "exercises" will not make any differences. As far as vitamin supplements and eating correctly, that has been proven and I absolutely agree with that.

Several times through my life I used exercise to improve deteriorating vision. The results are really great. I am not sure why eye care professionals categorically deny the usefulness of exercise, but it certainly worked for me.

I don't know if this is a stupid question or not... but in fitness tips 1 and 3 is it assumed that you are suposed to actualy touch the eye ball with the palm of your hand, and the backs of your thumbs?
