I have only been able to exercise 30 - 45 minutes a day for the past week and a half. I have such a bad head cold. I just can't do more than that.

Wonderful tips for gradual weight loss and ensuring proper fitness. I agree with the point on trying to be fit rather than being obsessed to become thin!

I wonder if I'm making my meals too small. I eat 6 meals a day.

I do most of the things that you have suggested but I have had trouble going to the 5 smaller meals and I have difficulty doing away with the sugars, chocolates and snacks; HOWEVER, today I printed out this article of suggestions and will do as you have indicated. THANK YOU DR. MAO

This is unrealistic trash. Plain hot water? Tea made out of boiling a peeled lemon? No eating after 7pm? Some of us have lives and jobs, sheesh.
