Thank you Dr Mao for helping us to live longer. God has made these things so abundantly for us and I know its not by chance that you're a doctor today, its God's making and am blessed by it. I'd like to say that some of these trees are not known to us especially for some of us in tropical Africa, this I'll appreciate if some of these natural trees and leaves are well displayed to help identify easily if found in our vesinity. Personally I've considarably reduced the intake of synthesized drugs and herms have been so much helpful. Thank you once again.... Convey

I am known well as DORI to friends and family for my horrible memory loss so this has been very helpful. The only problem is that I do everything it says to in 1-4 on a regualr basis and phone #'s and Birthdays just stay in my head quickly and forever. Unfortuneately, those are the only 2 things I can ever remember and I am only 22 years old and very healthy. :( Maybe it's time for me to start taking Ginkgo because that seems to be the only thing I haven't tried. :) THANX!

This is a good product I am familar with, but there are also some negatives about Ginkgo. It is also a natural blood thinner and can cause problems if you take it too often.

One of the other benefits of cardiovascular exercise, like walking (if you leave all electronic devices and walking partners at home) is that it is a great stress release, and allows time for you to process your thoughts, filter information etcetera, for a full half hour. Decluttering your gray matter, it just makes sense.
