Do the plums have to be dried? Are plums just as good for you as prunes? If not...whet's the differance?

I always have prunes on hand & usually have several every day. I love the taste & they do keep you regular! The recipe sounds good too.

I love the new slightly flavored prunes. Chopping up the orange or cherry infused ones and using them in muffins is great I use a lot of dried fruits in baking or in salads. Oatmeal cookies with dried cherries instead of raisons will get a child to eat a healthier cookie in a hurry.

Some future date, it would be nice if your website had a print-version for your recipes, so that one could print out just the recipe. In the meantime, thanks for this soup idea; it sounds good. Hal
