    This is good to know. I like eating dried apricots. I didn't know they contained laetrile. I read that chemical was anticancerous. I thought it was in almonds too. Maybe it's something else that's spelled similarly. Never mind.

    dried apricots are great for potassium and they have laxative effects too.....don't eat more that 5 at a time!

    I have for years been asked by friends and people I meet "How do you do it?" regarding my high level of health and the youthful look I have, without the use of any artificial enhancements. I was once asked so sincerely by a friend that I gave it some deep thought. I realized that the fruits and vegetables that I prefer (for reasons that involve my own personality) are in the red family. Red produce contain carotenoids. Carotenoids contain Vitamin A. Vitamin A maintains the health of your skin. An added benefit is that not only does vitamin A maintain the health of your outer skin but also your inner ones, those being you mucus membranes. That explains why I never, ever get sick.
