Thats cool, i do almost all of the above. I am aware of what I do, I organize in life, I write things down to remember and leave them in places where I will see and remember. And I drink a lot of tea, close to 10-12 cups a day. But I do procrastinate a lot and I drink a lot of black tea, not green, ginkgo, or moss. I hope black tea has the same effect.

So please tell me why, at 25, I forget ALL the time. From names to groceries. Even names of popular characters in my favorite tv show... one I have watched for 5 seasons? I try to talk, and I can't come up with a word to describe my thoughts. Should I be concerned?

This article is ridiculous. I,er, my memoery is,um, exceptional. I don't have to drink whatever they were telling me to. Was it juice? Who wrote this article? What makes it, I mean he/she so special? I forgot my name.
