I agree the natural/ organic way is the best. My family uses natural and organic soaps and bath salts from a company called. www.TheOrganicSoapCompany.com..some really cool stuff.

"Also, medications such as birth control pills, steroids, and psychotropic drugs can trigger or worsen acne." My experience with birth control pills has been the opposite--there's been a noticeable reduction in acne since I started them. When I stopped taking birth control pills, my acne got worse again, then got better again when I started taking them again. My understanding is that they reduce testosterone (women do produce some testosterone, though much less than men), and testosterone is a contributing factor in acne--so no wonder steroids would worsen acne.

I have used fresh Aloe Vera gel on my face to treat pimples and tiny warts. I put several application and leave it on until I go to bed and sleep with it still on my face. After several application for about a week; the pimples vanish after a few days. The chloasma gradually gets lighter and the warts peel off with time. I use Aloe Verra for conjunctivitis, burns and dandruff. Very good for preventing hair loss.

I found this article very interesting until I clicked on the "helpful teas" and found that they were for sale and not just a suggested list. Just goes to show that nothing is "free".
