One exercise for me is to force myself to purge minutia from my memory. I'm in my mid 60's and this works for me. Try it.

"Asian children seem so intelligent" because their brains receive more exercis since "they eat with chopsticks", NICE. I also agree with Dr. Mao on how asian kids use the abacus on a daily basis, since the ones he saw and is talking about must be Asian-AMERICAN kids, and I've seen so many of them using the abacus in school while the other kids were using calculators. It is ironic that I grew up in China and the kids over there do not use the abacus as much as Americans, or at all. Where did you get your Ph.D, Doctor Mao? Your claim might sound "interesting" and may be passed on by readers who do not think critically, but it actually is quite offensive, even more offensive knowing that you are Asian yourself. Thanks.

I found the number 1 very interesting. I had polio 62 years and am now 63. It basically affected my left arm of which I have little movenment. I played many sports and tried to keep in shape but in later life have had some problems with physical balance especially during season changes. One Dr. said it was because of PPMA and so I guess that makes sense. For you non-believers you might at least try.

I am a righty who jerks off with his left hand, does that mean there is an increase in my brain power? :)

I've said it once and I'll say it again...This guy is a quack! Now he is an arrogant quack. Hes says "Many people marvel that Asian children seem so intelligent." Really? Using chopsticks makes you intelligent? Children do a zillion things with their hand during the day through their daily games and activities. Using chopsticks doesn't suddenly push the barrier from idiot to genus.
