whenever you say "swap X for Y" you really mean "swap Y for X" .. think about it, in the first one, you said "swap green tea for coffee" meaning "you should be drinking coffee instead of green tea" which is the opposite of what you wanted

These are all the things I currently do. And yes, they all are very helpful as long as you stick to this program. You will see and feel a difference!

Give me a break. The whole diet soda, artificial sweatener thing....they inject lab rats with 100X what an average human would consume in a year and worry because it causes health problems....well duh. Give a lab rat 100X the amount of water it should have and it will die too. Green tea is just nasty! I'll take my caffeine and diet soda. I might die 10 or so years younger but I'll die happy.

The author forgot to mention: Get a better job. He forgot to mention that such foods are almost twice as expensive as the ones they replace.

Dr. Mao, Have you priced fresh berries lately. A small container is $5.00. Thats two small hand fulls. Why is it that healthy foods are more expensive?

I believe that Americans consume to much garbage just because we can. If we try to humble ourselves and maybe eat what we need instead of eating because we can, we would all live healthier, longer lives.
