I am confused. Are you saying to actually eat the citrus peel? I always thought that you were not supposed to eat the peel because it could make you sick.

As far as I know... you can eat the peel and by the peel I think hes reffering to the actual colored part of the fruit, the white "pith" as its called is what makes the peel taste yuck. The colored part of the skin is what contains all the citrus's essential oils. I could be way off but thats my guess.

Citrus peel is loaded with pesticides and to get real nutritional benefits from some nutrients you may have to eat more than one orange, so then you have to worry about excess calories or cutting out other foods with different nutrients. This guy is a bit of quack/hack, it seems as if he skims some info off the internet and tries to pass it off as ancient Chinese health secrets. HAHA, what a joke.

How could you eat of the citrus peel(oranges, lemon, lime,Tangerine,Grapes) I think the best thing is to peel off the outer shell (peel) and make use of the real friut inside.Because, the peel is harsh to the skin. So make me to understand more. Happywoman
