Detoxifying one's body is one of the greatest money making scams of today. Medically and scientifically, there is NO valid proof that suggest that a human body benefit from adding supposedly detoxifying additives to the human body especially when the human body is equiped and made to DETOXIFY on its own! Detox is another VOODOO science myth that has made millions off of unknowing consumers. I urge all those who have purchased these detox agents or are thinking of purchasing detoxifying kits to contact the detox manufacturer and ask why one "need" to detox and the benefits the detox actually provide. Also ask if any detox research has been conducted on their product and if so, what was the length of time of the research as well as who was actually apart of that research. Consumers, use common sence, most of these products contain chemicals that are genetically made and are not organic and far from natural. If you believe detox has helped you, great, but to those that are interested in this detox fad, don't waste your money. Do your research and remember Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!

This is a good advice.I agree "Detox" is a fuzzy concept. But The best thing to do is eat the right food (Loads of veggies and fruits ) and combine with 12 glasses of water everyday . That is the best way to "Detox"!!

#8 you are a crack pot. You must know your body first before you ingest things. I must say mushrooms are not the best thing for everyone as they are fungi. If you have yeast infection, jock itch, and alike stay away from fungus and yeast. Those are the things that grow within the body and can take over after time. Drink lots of water too!
