Coffee "depletes your life force?" What the heck does that mean? Seems like one of those statements that people might believe without realizing there is no backup of any FACTS! Ancient Chinese secret perhaps? Coffee is supposed to be much higher in antioxidants than tea, I believe.

To Susi, I can't drink soda/soft drinks worth a darn (even though I love the taste of Coca-Cola). I found out after about 20 years of being in the dark that the reason I can't tolerate soft drinks is because these bonehead soft drink companies put phosphoric acid in their products. I found the best dang thing was "make yer own." I'd take some seltzer water and add natural concentrated grape juice to it. It's unbeatable--THEN, I could enjoy "soft drinks."

Love it... but I have a sixth if I may. I play sports and there's this effervescent sports drink called ZYM. I need to stay hydrated and it saves me cash since all I do is add water to my sports bottle. I can't just drink water while I exercise because I cramp and the electrolytes prevent that. It's cheaper and eco friendly compared to buying a Gatorade since I'm not throwing out all of the plastic water-bottles. Hope this helps.

I think this is great. Note: Aspartame has also been found to be a carcinogen (linked mainly to brain tumors, as well as malignant tumors in varying areas of the body) as well as having the ability to do brain damage to children; it also breaks down into formaldahyde and after a time, breaks down into Aspartylphenylalanine diketopiperazine.
