Some of this may seem common knowledge to those of us who know food (myself included) but this is the first time reading one of Dr Maos articles that actually had A-LOT of good information from the begining to end.
For non tofu lovers there are plenty of ways to make this rather bland but healthy prodict taste great! I like to slice mine then fry it up in /with olive oil, lil butter, garlic, sea salt, pepper fresh ground and various herbs like thyme, oregano and sage. Also adding a marinade such as Kona Coast pinapple terriaki (ok I know this isnt the healthiest but its yummy) is so good mmmmmm
