Fat Free yogurt, bananas, peanut butter, lean meat, veges, nuts,
these are all great things to eat for weight loss...it still goes without saying that a diet low in carbs is the best. If you are someone who has a difficult time getting up and out to exercise this is excellent, if you are a diabetic its excellent. If you are healthy and can move, MOVE and get out. But, there are some people who just can't because of health issues.
