I loved this one. Water is very important. Without water there is no life. It is also no coincidence that we have the same percentage of water in our bodies as the Earth has in itself. When people die they dry up after the life force leaves the body. Love all the tips here and i'm glad people are staring to see how we pollute our water in ways we were unaware of a few years ago. We pollute water in other ways besides the obvious physical ways too. I love Dr Emoto's findings while studying water and how water is influenced by things most people have a hard time comprehending. All true though.....and these reasons are making our water more toxic too. We can turn it all around though. once we become conscious of what is happening and how everything is connected. Drink up !!! Take care of yourselves and take care of the water too. We have to help eachother !!!!!

A bit long but very good all in all. Water can also help your kidney function.

I don't know where all you people live who think that tap water tastes as good as bottled water, but I can guarantee it's not Texas. I sure would like to know what the water bottling companies did that made the media so upset with them.

Thanks goodness, we have great water (tap) where we live. I do buy bottled water, but, my family do keep a pitcher of tap water in the fridge. I feel bad for those who have nasty water at home.

I had wonderful results from drinking Whole Life Water. It is Alkaline and the filter removes the nasty contaminants and acidic component. My arthritis in my hands went away over night after suffering for 5 years. The bumps on my knuckles were gone in 30 days or so.

I have gotten great results drinking Perfect Water. It actually has benefits that most bottled waters do not have. i.e. purified 15 times, ionized, remineralized, microstructured, etc. The taste is very smooth. It is distributed exclusively by Amway/Quixtar. The author also mentions filtration systems that use charcoal. Amway/Quixtar also has e-Spring water filtration systems that is similar to the one the author recommends. Sorry to sound like a product shill but these ARE excellent products. While the bottled water industry would like you to believe their water is better, that is not necessarily so. But some cities, like Seattle where I live are trying to say that tap water "is just as good or better". In the Northwest we do have very good tap water but it does not have the same level of healthfulnees as Perfect Water. https://shopping4profit.wwbd.biz

THANK GOD! Here's a health article relating to water that actually makes sense (unlike the 6-myths idiocy presented by MarieClaire!!). Sorry people: drinking two cups of coffee and two 16-oz sodas IS NOT the same thing as keeping yourself well-hydrated. Drink water... lotsa of filtered water--and not the junk that comes straight out of your city tap neither (unless you enjoy being poisoned). If you don't possess a good reverse-osmosis system in your house, you should look into it. Chances are using a good R.O. system will prevent years of future medical bills.
