Great foods, but in what amounts do they do the best in providing the essential amino acids, antioxidants, polyphenols, nutrients, etc. that we need to keep our brains young and free from plaque, and other bad clutter ??

Thank you Dr. Mao,
This is good information. I find it difficult to consume enough fish so I also take a high quaility Omega 3 oil capsule as well. I guess I'm a picky eater when it comes to fish but I love all the other foods. Can we add dark chocolate and red wine to the list; )

"Senility, Alzheimer's, and age-related memory loss: these conditions of mental decline that come with aging can be delayed or even prevented" This statement is FALSE! Alzheimer's cannot be delayed or prevented by eating certain foods...there is no "cure" for Alzheimer's and it is marching on! It knows no boundaries and does not discriminate but invades all cultures and races. Researchers are searching for a cure, and so we have hope. But don't mislead people into thinking if they eat certain foods they will avoid Alzheimers...just isn't true! Healthy eaters get it too!!
