Stress is byond the negatives any ordinary persob even knows let alone nueroloigists or nuerological research firme typically the preponderance of clinics. Stess plays a significant and as yet completely untermined, unrecognized, and non-researched well role in both Multiple Sclerosis and Epilepsy. How do I know this? I have both.

one thing wrong with this, you could help others but their problems could haunt your mind. thats what happened to me. everything else is pretty good advice though.

I always respect physicians if only for their dedication in getting their degrees; however, 60,000 thoughts a day is one of those numbers that people throw out to make their arguments look good. Moreover, how could anyone ever estimate that of those 60,000 thoughts 80% are negative. Doesn't make sense and it wasn't necessary for the article at all -wanna beat stress? Take life slow and keep it simple. [I have no more than 20 thoughts a day -max.]
