Anyone who needs a few NEW ZEALAND spinach seeds. email me at petatohead@yahoo.com. Will be happy to send. FYI a 6 oz package in the produce section runs about $2.69. I have it all over my back yard and eat it 2 or 3 times a week. See Post #3. Make your subject "New Zealand Spinch" so i wont miss it.

Greens are great but one thing the Dr. forgot to mention is anyone on anticoagulants or people prone to blood clots should minimize or cut out the greens because of the high vitamin K content which is a coagulant making the greens fight with the medication. I love my greens but with having to adjust intake every 6 weeks for my meds I had to stop eating them.
