I think genetics play a very important part when it comes to looking your age. My mother is 77 and Bless her heart, she looks and acts like she is in her 50's. Fortunately, my sister and I both have inherited those genes. We do not really live a healthy, active lifestyle, have stressful jobs and both in out mid-fifties. No one believes us when we tell them how old we are, they insist we must me in out early 40's. I cannot count the number of times I've had to pull out my ID to prove that I am not lying about my age. Thank Heavens for genes!!!
