    I agree except for peanuts. Peanuts and peanut oil are hard to digest and slow down the liver, leading to stagnation. Also the peanuts can have mold from poor storage.

    You're right Dr. Mayo, Iv' e been trying to tell my friend Barbara the same things you are talking about, but she's been on harmones so long so she can work longer, make more money, work longer make more money. She says she only sleeps 2 or 3 hours a day, 4 at the most. She is 63, I'm 54, but look 24 because I do 500 Chinesee pushups a day and 2,000 sit ups sometimes I alter the days I do them on. I smoke, I'm crippled but can come out of my wheelchair anD dance on walls like Bruce Lee. I eat healthy foods but sometimes eat junk. Why don't I age like most people?

    I love Dr. Mao...great advice. But what about goji berries? They're higher in antioxidants than blueberries. I get mine from www.onesunliving.com.
